If your item isn’t the perfect fit or doesn’t match your vibrant vibe, we’ve got you covered.

Important Note: Due to the unique nature of our specialty vintage collections, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: VINTAGE PINS, VINTAGE RHINESTONE FRINGE, and any Reworked Sets. These items are one-of-a-kind pieces that maintain the authentic spirit of true vintage fashion.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order confirmation email or packing slip.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUND TIMING & METHOD

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
  • Exchanges: For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. If the exchanged item is of different value, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the balance due.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our international trendsetters (outside the US), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
