GETTING YOUR GEAR: SHIPPING INFO
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring our unique vintage style to trendsetters everywhere.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way!
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
Flat Rate: $12.95 - Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Available on orders over $50.
Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
THE RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
We want you to love every piece you get from us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our straightforward process. Remember, you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
IMPORTANT: FINAL SALE ITEMS
Due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- VINTAGE PINS
- VINTAGE RHINESTONE FRINGE
- All REWORKED SETS
Condition for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make sure we have all the info we need.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide in your authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For our international trendsetters, you are also responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items, and original international shipping costs are non-refundable. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra customs charges.

REFUNDS & TIMING
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Timeline: After we process the refund, it may take 5-10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges: For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the return. If the new item is a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the balance due.
