Please note: Due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature, VINTAGE PINS, VINTAGE RHINESTONE FRINGE, and all REWORKED SETS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Orders

We ship globally except to Asia and some remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love every piece you get from us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our straightforward process.

Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return, provided that:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• You include proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)
• FINAL SALE items (Vintage Pins, Vintage Rhinestone Fringe, and all Reworked Sets) cannot be returned or exchanged

Return Process

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for approval and return instructions (within 2 business days)
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
4. Ship the package to the address we provide

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For international returns, you are also responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, and original international shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the return. If the new item is a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the balance due.
